We Are EMILY
The vision for 2023 was to lean into the The Anthem’s reputation as a concert venue and transform the space into a sold-out show, while also paying homage to Washington DC as the birthplace of GO-GO music. Through bold colors, type, and texture, attendees were transported to an era of rockstars and guitar solos. At the same time, the space needed to feel suitable to host a number of important speakers, including President Biden, Vice President Harris, and former Speaker of the House Pelosi. In the end we found balance in contrasting our typical professional brand standards with a new, punk edge, coming together in an event wholly it’s own.
